I called and made a appointment for my son, I asked what all the appointment would be for as my copay is $50 per visit I wanted to know how many visits to expect. I was told the testing would take 45 min if he needed to come back it would be to see the therapist. We went to the appointment expecting to get answers, what I got was 20 minutes of testing, a 35 min drive, $50 copay, no answers and another appointment that is over 2 weeks away to finish testing because the doctor had another patient. I’m so furious! So in over 2 weeks I get to pay another $50, take my son out of school again, finish the testing that should have been done the first appointment and hope to finally get an answer.
I appreciate the thorough care that Dr. Thomas Unger provides. I have experienced very dry eyes to the extent I couldn't open my eyes if I woke in the middle of the night. Dr. Tom worked with me over an extended period of time and I'm so relieved now. He is not only a doctor to just for glasses. He does extensive eye tests and looks at your overall eye health. He's treated me for several eye issues and my eyes feel better than they have in years.
Dr. Tom and Dr Alice are very thorough doctors! Thank-you so much for improving my daughters vision and her experience with her reading and homework! Worth every penny!
Not thrilled. We drove ~2 hours to find a dirty carpet, damage to the paint and walls, and a half hour wait just to get to wait another close to twenty minutes for the doctor to see us. Also overheard the staff's racist joke of choice about how the Chinese shuffle cards. Really not impressed.
Professional, very good service. Easy to get an appointment. Clean office. They have very nice frames.

Both my kids and I go to Unger Eye Care for our routine check ups and my daughter saw Ms. Tina for eye therapy twice a week for over 7 months. In that time period ,each time we saw them, had any questions regarding insurance, billing or questions about my daughters treatment, everyone there always had an answer. If for some reason staff wasn't sure, they would get the answer promptly from soneone who did.
