I always go here especially to rent the equipment that's ALWAYS in tip top shape. Where else can you go and rent a bobcat or even something small like a powered post hole digger or brush hog for a decent price and have no worries about it? Its a nice small business local owner too and love the dog that walks around especially when you get a free bag of popcorn, boom there's the dog wanting a piece haha. Highly recommended!
The staff is always very helpful and very pleasant. I do not mind paying a little extra to keep the money in Troy.
Great hardware section, but in general, their process are way too high. They are totally dedicated to low volume, high margin. I think they would do a lot more business if their prices were just ok.

Very good customer service every time I go in there. But the prices are outrageous. I'd rather go to home depot or even walmart and save the money.
